“Placed an order 23 days ago and have still not had an estimated delivery date. I would have given 1 star but I emailed their customer service and had a reply within an hour which is impressive.”

“Long delay in goods turning up, and non existent communication . Despite my numerous emails requesting information about the my order, I received no response. I would never use again and wouldn’t recommend them!!!”

“Customer service was very poor Got my order eventually. Electronic reply to an email with no option to speak to anyone. Be prepared for a long wait for your delivery. My advice would be to use another supplier and read other reviews before placing your order wish I had.”

“I am disgusted in your service. I never received my items. I tried to communicate with you and you said it’s still in transit. I’ve made a complaint and raised a refund request with Amazon. I’m still waiting for yourselves to respond to them. Terrible customer service and I would never recommend your products”

“My dog (Tuesday) is loving his new bed! It's sturdy and soft. Other beds tend to lose their shape, but this one seems strong enough to remain cushiony and soft.”

“Slow service. Ordered a dog coat only to be sent the wrong size. Returned it asking for the correct size and postage refund . Still waiting and no reply to my emails. Could do better. Doesn't seem to be a telephone number to contact them either. Dissapointed.”

“Awful! Items missing from my order and clearly marked on the dispatch note as not sen, also an incorrect item has been sent!! Emails are not being replied to and the telephone just goes to voicemail! This must be the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Avoid at all costs!”
