“Would gladly have given 5 stars due to value for money but poor information concerning delivery which, not only was delayed but the courier company, APC, failed to deliver on the day stated. We needed to purchase food elsewhere to tide us over.”

“Unfortunately I can't give a minus number of stars - therefore I have given one star. If only I could tell you how much my dogs enjoyed the products but sadly we have not received them even though they were ordered 27 days ago. Apparently the order is now with the courier we heard yesterday but nothing from the courier yet. In the meantime I had to source the dog food elsewhere which was delivered within 4 days.”

“Eventually got the tins of dog food to me at a reasonable price. Thanks for the dog treats. Unfortunately she dislikes peanut butter flavour. We'll gift them to a dog who does.”

“As far as I am concerned this company is in the dog house. They did not fulfil my order and they do not reply to emails. There is also no contact phone number. They have effectively stolen from me and I am pushing a claim through the credit card company. DO NOT USE.”

“I would give more stars but for the delivery. They need to sort out their dispatch, I received part order and then the remaining order was dispatched a week later. A+ for rectifying it so quickly. great product and price.”

“I ordered a dog coat which took 3 weeks to arrive. It was unsuitable so contacted the company to arrange a return and refund. The item, in perfect condition, was delivered back to them 2 weeks ago - no refund, no reply to emails, no reply to phone calls - for your own sake do NOT use this company”

“ORDER NOT RECEIVED I placed an order on the 30th September and I still have not received it, despite you saying you will ship again I’ve sent many emails and never receive a reply!!!!! First time over ordered from you and it will be my last You keep asking me to do a review but you never post what I say which is what is written here My advice would be to stay clear of this company, they don’t even have a landline to get them on and never respond to messages left”

“Took a long time for the coat to arrive, when it did it was too big, no problem sent it back, still waiting for the refund. Whilst waiting I purchased another coat and two drying mitts, paid for 48 hr post. Due to the RM strikes, it was sent to me by Evri. Again weeks later being given bogus tracking codes, I decided to cancel the order. Not a problem, but it was, the order turned up week later, again emailed to say I won't accept it because I had already cancelled it before it had shipped. Waiting for both REFUNDS. CHECK THE REVIEWS ON THE INTERNET BEFORE YOU BROWSE THE SHOP.”

“I placed my order 13 days ago and have only today received confirmation that it's with the courier - still to go through the stages of "On it's way" and "Out for delivery". The likelihood, therefore, is delivery will be 2 weeks or more after the order date, which when the website states 5 working days isn't overly encouraging. Had I known it would take this long, I would have ordered elsewhere - but of course they probably know that...”

“Order a decent amount of stuff. Waited over two weeks and still no sign of it. Cancelled order mid October and was promised refund within 5-10 workdays. Now, almost a month after cancellation no sign of a refund, despite two replies to have it sorted asap.”
