“Goods never received and no response to emails that have been sent to them asking for either refund or the goods ordered. No telephone number for them either. Would never use this company again.”

“I don’t really know where to start. Before ordering I contacted customer services (on Wednesday 19 October) to see when my items would arrive. I was told by the weekend. I therefore placed the order. I never received dispatch notification, have had to chase on multiple occasions. The owner was even involved and apologised but still 3 weeks later they have not arrived. I have asked for a refund which they’ve said will happen in 7-10 days. I fear I may need to chase again! Customer services are a joke, nobody to speak to just email.”

“Not had my orders.I have message you 3times in the last 2 weeks you have not answered any poor customer service.You message me to say that it had gone to warehouse on 24 October Waiting for couriers as soon as your order has collected you will have a tracking number. I think you should read you messages.It now 10 of November and still order .”

“Parcel never arrived after apparently being sent twice. Asked for refund and its been over 10 working days. I had to order from somewere else cus dog needed food. Sorry but I won't be useing this sight again”

“I ordered a Danish Design dog bed from this firm - the third time I have used this supplier. It has not been delivered - although the company say it was despatched - and I have received no answer to my many requests for information. I never received the promised message identifying the courier, nor any tracking information. Emails are never answered and I have so far failed to get any sensible response from telephone calls. How can a company suddenly fail to perform? I would not use this company again!”

“Truly awful. I'm amazed I was sent a link to review the company and my experience. I didn't get the £100+ food that I ordered. I haven't had my refund and its now 4 weeks since I was told I would be refunded. Email communication is a joke - if I'm lucky I get a response every 2 weeks. Please, save your money, don't spend it here, shop elsewhere.”
