“I never received the order items and still not received the refund. Communication with customer support has appalling from the off. I all I can hope is that I receive the refund with out further hassle.”

“AVOID!! I cancelled an order with this company and had several promises of a refund. I did not receive this refund until I had to raise a dispute with my bank. I will NEVER use this company again!”

“Two weeks to receive my order after having to constantly contact customer service with poor excuses no one actually had a clue if my order was sent or not, thought I'd put it down to just bad timing and ordered again and yep same again sane excuses 2 weeks still not got my order.”

“I cannot believe you are asking for a review when I have never received my order despite it being over 3 weeks since I placed and paid for it. I have chased you several times for it........still with no indication of when the order. will be delivered This is definitely my first and last order with you. It's definitely up there with one of the worst customer experiences I have had.”
