“Delivery was very slow. Quick responses to emails but constant lies that items had been shipped but could not provide tracking. Only when I threatened to cancel order did the items arrive the next day but did not advise me that items had been shipped No free treats as advertised. Wished I read previous reviews on the company before placing my order as they mainly negative.”

“My order was only delivered after I contacted my credit card provider to cancel the order as it had not been delivered after 2 weeks despite several promises online from you. Will never order from you again”

“Was told my item had been dispatched when it had not. No communication after sending emails. I then read the reviews for this company and they were dreadful. Most reviews were of a similar nature. I count myself as lucky as i eventually received my order , most customers seem not to. Sadly i would not take a chance using Not in the dog house again until they drastically overhaul their act.”

“Items returned in as new condition with proof of postage 2.5 weeks ago. Sent 3 emails without a reply and crucially no refund and no goods in hand. A thoroughly disappointing experience which I hope turns out for the best. If anything improves I will update my honest review.”

“Still waiting for missing items. X4 Petstages Dogwood Sticks. Wasn't in the parcel at all. Company difficult to contact when e mailed reply was well deal with it but nothing ever happened. Definitely shot themselves in the foot, would have put in a regular monthly order for my dogs food. Stay away from this site.”

“First time order, never again. Goods not received after nearly 3 weeks. Poor communication but did refund after me chasing twice. Make sure you order at least a month before you run out of dog food as otherwise your dog will get hungry waiting for delivery.....”

“Order placed over 30 days ago, no delivery and no update. Customer service very slow, have had no reply to emails I’ve sent regarding missing delivery. Emailed requesting a refund if the order could not be fulfilled, no reply. Tried to call numerous times and no answer during working hours, got to “voicemail” immediately. Will definitely not be ordering again. Such a shame as Not in the dog house have a brilliant range, and this is only my first order.”
