We bought a big selection of different types of treats for our dog. The delivery was fast. We received our order in less than 5 days. Our dog loved all of the treats including the dried goose necks although they had a strong smell of bad oil.

Bought a dog food bin, instantly realised I had bought the wrong size, emailed straight away, no reply for a couple days, replied with a solution of sending a smaller bin and refunding difference, I said "Great, that would be brilliant", still sent big bin instead, sent big bin back for refund (cost me £8) and still no reply.

Took 2 weeks to arrive, missed their birthday. I chased 3 times, only once did they respond. Very disappointed will not be ordering from them again

Delivery not delivered after 3 weeks saying it’s shipped still wanting on refund no phone number to contact all auto emails I would advise not to order from here

Ordered from this company then saw loads of bad reviews and got worried. Chased up my order and I got it the week after I ordered it. Several substitutions as items were out of stock. The website and range of items available is great. If the company starts getting orders out promptly without having to be chased up they could have a fab business. Unfortunately after seeing the bad reviews and having to chase up delivery I found the process incredibly stressful. The delivery company delivered to the wrong address and I had to go get my parcel myself which was very heavy. As I'm disabled I struggled getting it home.

Never received the £100 worth of goods I ordered and customer service ignored me. Disgraceful and you actually stoke my money!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. On 9th October I placed an order for 2 dog coats, to date neither have been received. I complained to Not In The Dog House and also to date they have not responded to this. I have chased them up on several occasions and the last email from them about 3 weeks ago stated the order had been passed to their courier - no idea who this was as never got any further information or email from anyone claiming to be the courier for this company. I ended up getting the money back from my bank and ordered the coats from The Pet Express which I received in just over a week. I would definitely not recommend anyone buying products from this company at all

I waited a long time for my delivery and when I emailed to ask where the product was I received no reply. I had wrote off my product and eventually received it through the post. The dog collar is very good quality but the delivery and customer service could have been better

Looked good to start with…then my order did not appear. It continued to not appear…and again failed to appear. I emailed the customer services email. Received a proper reply the first time. Then nothing until I emailed to get my money back or I’d go to Trading Standards. The refund was the best thing about the whole experience.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company at all. I placed my order on October 10th and today is November 10th and I have yet to receive my items. I have contacted customer service via email several times and through their Facebook messenger facility and I still don't have a satisfactory outcome. When I had my one and only response from Customer Service, Will said 'if it's gone missing I will get a replacement sent'. This was ten days ago and still nothing. I have since emailed again asking for the order to be canceled and for my money to be refunded to me but once more, no response. I received an email today asking for my feedback and whilst I really hate to leave a bad review, I don't have any other choice. I will not be using Not In The Dog House again & I will continue to chase my refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Still waiting for box two of my order from over a month now which when I enquire is always about to leave their warehouse. That’s when they bother to reply! My total order was £200 so basically I am owed about £100 plus from goods not received. I am absolutely disgusted with this company.

Con artists - avoid. Agreed to cancel and refund an order then did neither. When challenged they offered to fulfil the order and that never happened then they stopped communicating.

Ordered dog food,after a week,we inqured where it was,told it was on the way,nothing arrived,contacted them again,told it it been sent out,received nothing.after 2 weeks asked for money back,told they would refund within 10 days?not normally this long for refund,six days later got e mail saying order on the way?no mention of refund,finally after three weeks got dog food,already had togo to shops to buy some.wont use them again
