“I ordered from you and waited three weeks for a delivery that never happened! Would I order from you again? Definitely not! Would I recommend you to anyone? Never!!! Totally let down and neglected by you! How you’re still in business is beyond belief! You and your company are a shambles!!!”

“Order took over 20 days to deliver despite 7 Emails and various excuses and After I asked to cancel the food arrived too late as I had been forced to buy it elsewhere. I would not use them again.”

“Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered over £100 of dog food which never arrived. Customer service is very poor and they are no longer even acknowledging my emails. I have now disputed the payment with my credit card company so hopefully I will be able to get some of the money back.”

“Ordered 2 bags of cat food and paid extra for quicker delivery. I waited around a week AFTER the date they were due to arrive to get in touch. I simply asked for a refund of the postage. However, despite receiving a shipping notification through Shopify, I was told they couldn't provide the food I'd ordered and do a refund would be issued. First of all, why wasn't I told this sooner, why did I have to get in touch just to be told they couldn't actually provide what I had paid for. Secondly, the refund should have been with me in 5-10 working days, this has now passed with no sign of the refund. Won't be ordering from here again.”

“Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT purchase from them. Ordered items 2 weeks ago. Was 5-7 days delivery still not received despise numerous emails which are being ignored. Have asked for refund, again still being ignored. £50 to get back. Going to see if my bank will refund as purchased on credit card. Customer service is no existent I am so annoyed I chose them to place my order with!! Use Amazon, same products delivered the next day!!”

“I would give 5 star for the dog jackets as they are fantastic. But the customer service part is not so good. Supposed to be 5-7 day delivery. After numerous emails over nearly 4 weeks and being told its on its way and then not receiving my order, I requested a refund. 2 days later my order arrived”

“I did not receive my order within the specified time it was 2 weeks late and I only have correspondence once from their customer services despite many emails that the dog cakes were too late and I didn’t want them . When they eventually arrived they were a waste of money as can get exactly the same in pets at home £2 cheaper”
