“Avoid this company!!! I placed my order, expecting delivery in 5-7 days - nothing! Have contacted them via email, FB, their website chat and phone. Everything is a robot. All replies are standard robot replies stating that the order has been despatched but no tracking details etc. I am now contacting my credit card company to start a reclaim action for my money.”

“my dog food came over a month later, and only one flavour came instead of a mixed box that i ordered i didnt think it was going to come at one point,but i wont order from not in the dog house again.”

“Promised a refund and told it had been paid on numerous occasions and even after small claims court resulting in a CCJ they are still yet to refund us for our faulty goods! Avoid this company at all costs”

“Absolutely shambolic. It took 20 days for my order to arrive instead of the two scheduled. After sending several emails to chase it up, I received a series of conflicting replies. Then, having requested a full refund and being told it would be issued to my bank in 5-10 days, I received yet another email telling me my order was on its way and it was delivered 6 days later.”

“I am impressed with this firm. They kept in touch re my order of a raincoat with detachable fleece for my little patterjack Dottie. The coat fits well and although it hasn't been cold or wet enough to use yet I think that it will be an excellent addition. Dottie says Fanks fer it. I shul be cozy und dri.”

“Nearly a month, still no delivery of my order. Have tried emailing and no response. They've basically stolen my money, which I can I'll afford, as no communication and no purchased items. Do not buy from this dreadful website and company.”

“Either they lost the order or didn’t send it over to the warehouse anyway after I’d paid straight away, but I waited and waited until I got nothing! I emailed a few times with many responses/excuses of where my order was. I eventually told them to cancel and refund my money, they agreed but then 2 days later I have an email from a delivery company to say my parcel would be deliver that day. It was but the food wasn’t fantastically packed as it was raw food and it came with one ice pack and the top packs had defrosted, I won’t be using this company again I’m afraid and I have since seen many many stories of people who haven’t had a refund or a parcel. Ridiculous”

“I made an order for 2 dog raincoats on 27/10 and as of today, 11/11, I am still waiting for a tracking number or the order to show up. Have emailed them multiple times and they only replied twice and nothing for the last, at least, 10 days. I will contact my credit card for a chargeback.”

“I have recently purchased from you 2 dog coats nearly a month ago, I chased you on the 10th Nov as I still hadn't received anything via the post and the tracking has no information!!! I have asked for a refund now as you were going to chase up the delivery for me but guess what I still haven't heard anything from Not In The Dog House.
