“Well And Truly In The Doghouse If I could have given less than one star I would.. I ordered 4 bags of dog food on 9th October.. Many emails later and it still hasent arrived, each time I was told something different, in one instance that they would check their warehouse in another that it had already been dispatched.. In the meantime I had to purchase more dog food from a local retailer at a higher cost to me. I have emailed them several times to request a refund as I paid by Clearpay the next payment is due to be taken tomorrow and they keep telling me they will check with thier accounts department and send me an email to confirm that this has been done.. Does anyone have any thoughts on how you can get your money back/future payments cancelled?”

“I am so angry with this company. I paid for a gillet for my dog. I never received it. After three months waiting to get my money back they still haven't returned it. I am a pensioner and I don't have money to give away it could have gone towards my heating.”

“Ordered over £100 of frozen dog food. I was told it would be delivered the next day. It didn't arrive. More than 4 weeks later and no sign of the promised refund. I get sporadic responses from their customer service team - averaging one a fortnight. I can't believe a legitimate company can be so badly run. Please save your sanity and money - shop elsewhere. Any dog owners I know, will be advised to steer clear of Notinthedoghouse. They're dishonest and useless.”

“Wish I had read the reviews, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered dog food on September 28th, payment was taken immediately. By Oct 11th, still no delivery or dispatch information, so I chased the order. Company advised the order has been dispatched and I would receive a tracking reference shortly, this did not happen. Chased again on Oct 18th and requested cancellation and a refund, company said it would take 5-10 working days. November 2nd came round, still no refund. Chased the company again and was advised the refund was completed and would come any day now, two days later and still no sign. Will have to escalate via my bank and trading standards now. AVOID!!!!”

“DO NOT ORDER! Still not received an item which they said they have dispatched twice after I ordered over two weeks ago. Customer service team come back quickly but obviously not telling me the truth, and now I am struggling to get a refund or a response after asking for one.”
