“There's no mention of shipping costs until the last page, and you have to work it out yourself. I approved PayPal payment for the item, which didn't include postage at that point, so be careful. Also, if you sign up for the newsletter from the (English-language) homepage, you get an email in Czech.”

“Products and prices are great but the site itself has technical issues. Screens freeze and I found myself having to go back to repeat the search again several times. The website needs improving and it needs to be more customer centric with better speed.”

“Easy enough to order but you advertise a black friday deal on "selected items". It would be better if you knew what those items were instead of having to go right to the payment part to find out your item isnt one of the "selected items". Very annoying.”

“you showed offer as free delivery on various sites and voucher codes. NOCODE necessary. However, you still charged £3.99. You only reduce delivery by .50p if I go to my post office and collect it myself! Price is good, too soon to comment on service.”

“Found Notino whilst searching for some aftershave for my son. All indicators pointed to free delivery but as I clicked 'order now' I note that I was paying for delivery. Not impressed.”
