“I love all your products, and have been using them for many years now. I was introduced to them by a very dear friend of mine who sadly has now passed away, she gave me one of her products to try, and since that day, I’ve been using them ever since. I love the fragrance, and the feeling of my skin after use. I would certainly recommend them to all my friends and family.”

“I add £170+ worth of products to the basket - and am then asked to pay delivery on top?! Most companies have the decency to thank their customers for spending money by automatically giving free delivery on orders over, say, £60.”

“Found Notino whilst searching for some aftershave for my son. All indicators pointed to free delivery but as I clicked 'order now' I note that I was paying for delivery. Not impressed.”

“I find it difficult to understand why I pay parcel insurance when I pay you for postage. By charging for postage you should bear the insurance costs, that is you charge me to insure a service I have paid you for, is this legal?”
