“This is the second time I have ordered with Notino so hope this order goes as smoothly as last time. The price for perfume is excellent and if anyone is wondering these are the genuine real deal. I do find the delivery ,which starts at £3.99, a little pricey but even so it still works out cheaper than buying from the High Street.”

“I find it difficult to understand why I pay parcel insurance when I pay you for postage. By charging for postage you should bear the insurance costs, that is you charge me to insure a service I have paid you for, is this legal?”

“Four stars just because every self-respecting and clients respecting company offers free shipping for larger orders. My order is over £ 75 and I still have to pay for delivery. A little upset. But otherwise everything is very good.”

“This is the place to get full bottles when they go on sale. However, there are issues with: 1) Parcel Force delivery in lockdown, when they give you delivery date and time and fail those chronically, 2) Perfume samples often come half-empty or altogether empty. I ordered three times, twice they came nearly 1 ml instead of 2ml, for which I only received partial refund of £4.00 (for the whole lot). For the third time around, the bottle of Rania J Oud Assam arrived empty and I just gave up. So, do not buy samples from Notino unless you like gambling or have time to hussle your refund through.”

“I like Notino,a lot.The products arrive quikly. The only think that i don t like is the they don t provide free delivery when you order more then 20£ or 30£. It is a little bit sad. But even like that it is a verh good company.”

“I’ve ordered the product today however I paid by PayPal and the system automatically chose DPD delivery and I would have been happy with Royal Mail. I would prefer to write a review on receipt of the product as I can’t answer the questions as they don’t apply as yet.”
