“I have just placed my order brought my favourite perfume at an excellent price, plus another mens fragrance which was in thd black Friday deal and free delivery. I'm not sure why you have to buy certain products to get free delivery rather than spending a set amount like £30 for example. I am awaiting delivery which should be in about 3 days.”

“Notino had everything i was looking for last time i ordered and it was alot cheaper than high street stores, fenjal is not Very popular in alot of the stores and when you do find it your very limited on choice and a little more expensive. Ive never had to use customer service or return anything I would highly recommend notino if your looking for Christmas presents and gift sets or just your favourite product you won't be disappointed and delivery is fast. Just one down bit is I think you should have or do free delivery if you spend £40 or more like alot of online shops as I would shop more if this was to be .”

“This is the second time I have ordered with Notino so hope this order goes as smoothly as last time. The price for perfume is excellent and if anyone is wondering these are the genuine real deal. I do find the delivery ,which starts at £3.99, a little pricey but even so it still works out cheaper than buying from the High Street.”

“I find it difficult to understand why I pay parcel insurance when I pay you for postage. By charging for postage you should bear the insurance costs, that is you charge me to insure a service I have paid you for, is this legal?”
