“I searched for a product I wanted to buy and Notino came up as having the most competative price. I added to my basket to check shipping charges, there were none added, I went to Paypal and nothing else was added to I paid for the item, I was then taken back to Notino where I clicked confirm, only then seeing shipping had been added on at the last minute, making the item not the best deal after all. :/”

“Amazing discounts, genuine products- Notino has been my fragrance destination for a while now. Thank you! The delivery is good compared with other websites, could be better though. I had a not so great customer service experience a while back when I returned a product and wanted a refund but the lady I spoke with was not too helpful but I got over that since and have been back shopping!”

“Great variety of the product brand I was looking for - it would have been five stars. However, four stars were given as the only downside is that I think free P&P should be available once a certain figure is reached like more stores. I think as e-shopping increases this will have to be a draw, additionally given restricted earning powers, it would draw more customers. Thanks.”
