“Service is good but I think delivery fee is a bit much when only ordering inexpensive items”

“Good website, prompt delivery. Prices have increased but I think that is applying to everything unfortunately. Eco option should now be standard practice though.”

“I was initially pleased with product range and prices. Having spent £70 however, I didn't expect to be charged £3.99 for postage & packing. For this reason I won't be ordering again as it doesn't make the products as competitively priced as you initially think. I would of cancelled the order but had already committed to buy through pay pal.”

“Always happy. Good prices, lots of good products, good service. Has been using this website for a while. One star off today only because during my shopping it was saying buying products for more than £25 delivery is free, I had £83 and still has to pay £3.99 foe delivery.”

“Long wait for some items, eg desigual fresh. Some brand packaging is in European languages (not English) Packaged well. Some search items can't be put in price order. I had returned an item once, no fuss returns.”
