“Found what I was looking for easily. Just a little disappointed that I would have to pay if I required my purchase to be eco wrapped. I feel this will put people off as it should be something a seller provides automatically if they really want to encourage customers to be eco friendly. I also didn't like the way postage wasn't shown before I went through to actually completing my purchase.”

“I was initially pleased with product range and prices. Having spent £70 however, I didn't expect to be charged £3.99 for postage & packing. For this reason I won't be ordering again as it doesn't make the products as competitively priced as you initially think. I would of cancelled the order but had already committed to buy through pay pal.”

“Always happy. Good prices, lots of good products, good service. Has been using this website for a while. One star off today only because during my shopping it was saying buying products for more than £25 delivery is free, I had £83 and still has to pay £3.99 foe delivery.”

“Long wait for some items, eg desigual fresh. Some brand packaging is in European languages (not English) Packaged well. Some search items can't be put in price order. I had returned an item once, no fuss returns.”
