“Easy to find the product I wanted, but paying for it was a nightmare. It kept trying to force me to use Paypal, and kept requesting my phone, email and address details multiple times.”

“Price and option to insure are excellent value. Timescale for delivery great too. Only minor issue was Debit Card payment field wouldn't load properly so had to come back and use PayPal.”

“Good prices…if you catch them at the right time as they can disappear quickly and the ‘Free Delivery’ has similar magic powers. Took me two days to get all of the items my wife wanted into one basket, with the free delivery on all purchases. One hell of an algorithm driving this site.”

“Good prices and wide range of products, also discount codes regularly available. However I don’t like having to pay for delivery. Just ordered £60 of products but still charged £3.99 delivery on top. Should be free delivery over certain amount, not free delivery just on selected products.”

“Found what I was looking for easily. Just a little disappointed that I would have to pay if I required my purchase to be eco wrapped. I feel this will put people off as it should be something a seller provides automatically if they really want to encourage customers to be eco friendly. I also didn't like the way postage wasn't shown before I went through to actually completing my purchase.”
