“I shop regularly with Notino with great satisfaction. Goods arrive on time & always well packaged. I did have a query once & unfortunately you never replied. This is why I have given your customer service 4 stars instead of 5.”

“They had the product I wanted available. Bit disappointed that the price had risen 17% since last time purchased in October 2021. Straightforward transaction.”

“Shopping with Notino has been great, a wide range of products from other countries, user-friendly website What would be nice to see is the ingredients as that's something I pay attention to and I always need to do my own search elsewhere before making a purchase. Also, please change the delivery company as they tend to misplace my parcels!”

“Very wide range of products, best price ever! Dissappointed on the end of my order, when I've been unable to choose any gift for my order over £35 as promised on the beginning purchasing. Regards, Anna”

“Easy to find the product I wanted, but paying for it was a nightmare. It kept trying to force me to use Paypal, and kept requesting my phone, email and address details multiple times.”

“Use fenjal every day in my bath, one capful is just enough plus has a pleasant smell not too strong, will keep ordering as long as the price is competitive.”
