“They sold me a display item, shoes are discoloured, significantly faded. Full price, plus handling fee, plus expensive shipping. I provided a photo comparing the same shoes bought directly from Adidas of a different size next to their discoloured item. They did not admit their fault and suggested to return with 25% value loss. This is scam, will never buy from them again.”

“I got sent a mismatched pair of shoes and over the past THREE MONTHS I have had to reach out 4 times. Still have yet to get a response with a solution. I am very disappointed in the service and I don’t recommend purchasing from here.”

“Horrible experience. 14 business days later and still no ETA. Boots still haven’t been shipped. They are unable to tell me when they will be sent. Customer service has literally copy and pasted and sent the same email multiple times without answering any questions. Has taken me to ask what’s happening to get a response and at one point took 5 days to respond.”
