“Loving the towels! My 2 boys ages 6 and 8 live in them this summer at the beach and pools. Keeps them warm. Nice material and vibrant awesome colours. Highly recommend 🙌”

“Great service placed my order just before Christmas and doubted I would receive on time for Christmas which I would have been totally fine with but it arrived only 2 days after I placed the order Great product good sizing our 5 year old grandson will get heaps of use out it Thanks so much”

We are confused as to why this review is the first time we have heard of the issue, from our records we do not have a text, missed call or email from you so did not have the opportunity to investigate prior to you submitting the review. Patchy staining like this indicates an agent has made contact with the towel, fading in patches like this not from a dye issue. We have only seen this at swimming pools with chlorine contact or in private use when a chemical agent such as bleach making contact with the fabric hooded towel.

“The quality of these towels are excellent! I only buy this brand as my teens are very active throughout the year on and in the water. The new colours are always a bonus but keeping it simple with some little additions are stand out!”

“Excellent product no complaints there! Do recommend you change courier companies for Far North deliveries took two whole weeks for parcel to arrive despite several calls to courier to query the delay - not good enough Aramex.”
