“Excellent turnaround and we were very happy with delivery. We loved that you can personalise the poncho. We're just not sure how to get rid of the shedding because after a run in the washing machine and dryer it's still leaving fuzz behind on the second or third use.”

“I purchased 9 towels for the family for Christmas, from 6 foot males to a 6 week old baby. The communication was brilliant and the towels arrived in time for getting wrapped up. Great range of colours and they are so thick and plush. My granddaughter spent most of Christmas day in her purple one. Love the big deep pouches and the zip pockets on the premium models. Make sure you wash before using and put in the dryer if you can - gets rid of heaps of lint and makes the towels super soft. I'll definitely recommend Noxen if anybody I know wants a hooded towel!”

“Love these Noxen ponchos. We bought the larger ponchos which were an amazing find for my son who is 6’4. In addition they had a fantastic range of colours.The customer service is exceptional. There was a delay with shipping and they got in touch to make sure we weren’t going to be away over Christmas so they could ship to a different address. I initially bought 4 ponchos and later bought another, they refunded the second lot of shipping and combined our order. Oh and did I mention the quality? Fantastic”

“Great products and amazing customer service! We were given these towels last Christmas and loved them so much we purchased a handful for all Of our son, nephews and niece. We had them personalised and we ordered some that were on pre order. From the moment I asked for assistance online for timeframes and sizing to the delivery of the items the team were amazing. We will definitely purchase again!”
