“We ordered 2 adult ponchos. They do exactly what they say, allow you to change easily and discreetly in public. I feel the basic model should have a zip on the pocket without charging more. Swift delivery and a clear indication that there is a wait time for colours or sizes not in stock.”

“Love the poncho. Great thick fabric. Awesome colour. Disappointed with following the size guide ended up with the wrong size and had to reorder. Great service re the delivery turn around time. Unfortunately I had to pay tracked courier fee $15 to return the first order and then my refund was paid quickly but less the shipping fee $10 so the savings made on sale were lost and ended up costing more for the product”

“Bought as a gift which was couriered directly. It has been warmly received thank you. Only concern was that package had no return address so if it had gone astray, it may not have been recovered. Disappointed to see you offering free delivery shortly afterwards.”

“The Noxen towels I purchased are brilliant, my lids love them, we had an issue with shipping and when I contacted Noxen, Todd was great chasing this up and then sending a replacement as the original never cane, fantastic customer service”
