Shocking service with O2 this morning. I pay for the IF bolt on and it's not working! Appalling response from customer service too.

Firstly online, then over the phone, then online again. Made a lot of attempts as I was told to keep trying by O2 Customer Service. They really need to sort their service experience

Once again o2's customer service is shockingly bad. Can't use my opencode online and in store can't even order me an IPhone 5s. Pathetic.
