“just had my hall table delivered bytwo of the nice'st chaps you could meet.they took all the packaging off outside and brought table into my hall.we are in our seventies and could never have lifted it ourselves.we stay in motherwell.and wish all delivery drivers were as good as them.nothing was too much trouble for them.top marks to oak-furnitureland p.s.the quality of the table was first class.we will use this firm again.”

“I would like to say outstanding service from sales team delivery crew and customer services. The sales lady bent over backwards to assist and get us the best deal. Got the delivery date we needed. The delivery crew were efficient and careful. Came early which was brilliant. One unit had a split which could have been down to anything. Rang customer services. They were brilliant. Sent photos in while they were on phone. They checked stock and it was replaced with no fuss. Totally brilliant service all round. We will be back again. Thank you”

“Patricia at Birkenshaw could not have been more helpful, friendly efficient service, even when having to alter my cirner sofa order, owing to me not measuring my walls properly, meaning I had to start again the following day. Super service so far. The shop at Birkenshae has a happy vibe. Thanks again Patricia.”

“I am extremely pleased from ordering to delivery from Speke, Liverpool. Staff extremely helpful especially Susan who I dealt with in Speke 5 star service I would highly recommend ordering furniture from this Company and will definitely be using them again. Furniture ordered on a Saturday and delivered the following Thursday. Delivery gents excellent came early and very polite.”

“Was served by the Relief Manager who offered me tea or coffee straight away and when I described what I was looking for, having already looked at the sofa on the website, he took me to one which was on display. Once I decided to go ahead with ordering one, he took me through all the paperwork and explained the delivery process thoroughly.”
