“I had an amazing experience with Oak Furnitureland’s customer support team. They were super friendly, patient, and quick to respond. They replaced my table for free after an issue, and even sent me a wax kit at no cost when I couldn’t complete the order due to delivery charges. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve ever received. P.S. This isn’t a sponsored review—I’m just a very impressed (and slightly emotional) customer. No one’s giving me a free sofa… yet. 😄”

“Oak Furniture land is excellent we were served by Tracey Newlands at the Fosse Park branch Leicester she was excellent. We bought a 3 piece suite and then decided to buy a dining table and 4 chairs at a later date and Tracey arranged for them to be delivered on the same date as the suite. The delivery people were excellent and took alot of care when bringing the furniture in. Well done Oakfurniture land we will definately recommend you as so much better than other well known furniture shops.”

“We would like to highly recommend Oak Furnitureland as a particularly good company to purchase furniture. We purchased a 3-seater and 2 x 2-seater reclining settees, when they arrived, we realised we hadn’t allowed for the extra room needed for the recliners, our fault really. On this occasion we spoke to Grace in customer services, who was excellent and said they would happily collect the 3-seater settee and replace with a single reclining armchair and credit the difference. The swap over was scheduled for a week hence, which was very quick. Whilst we were waiting for this exchange to happen, we became aware that the colour didn’t really match our décor, which became more pronounced in certain light. They were advertised as charcoal, but they were more of a slate grey with a definite green hue. We telephoned customer services again and spoke to a Tiffany to ask what our options were, not really expecting any assistance, as they were the items we had ordered. Tiffany said we could exchange the settees for another colour/style or have our money back. We went back to the shop in Stevenage, we wanted the same style in a grey without a green tinge. We found some material in a sample book and inspected it closely inside and outside the store and found a better match to our décor. Unfortunately, when we spoke to Tiffany it wouldn’t be in stock for 3 months. However, she said we could keep and use the 2 x 2-seater settees until they were delivered. Tiffany organised it so that the 2 x 2-seater settees were delivered with the single armchair and the 2 green settees were collected at the same time. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and let’s face it the fact they didn’t fit in our lounge in the 1st instance could have been put down to not measuring properly and secondly, we chose the colour, also our mistake. Well-done all-round Oak Furnitureland Customer Service. We have already recommended you to all those who have admired our lovely suite. Thank you very much”

“Simon the sales person at Worcester Blackpole was absolutely brilliant in explaining all aspects regarding what we wished to purchase. He advised us and there wasn’t any pressure on us to buy anything so we felt so comfortable in our time at the store . I hope this will get back to Simon and the company as they both deserve praise. We will definitely be shopping there again when other furniture is needed. Regarding any score that would be asked about our experience, it would be 30 out of 10 as we have never received such excellent service and we are both Seventy Years old.”

“I want to give my thanks and praise to Chris in Eastbourne today as not only did I receive excellent customer service in store and again repeatedly changing my deliver but today I have changed one of my items and the other item has since reduced . Not only did he change my item but he gave me the extra saving to one of my other items . His kindness has blown me away . Please pass on this review to him on my behalf”

“Issues with our brand new sofa , replacement within a few days , thank u to customer services and also to the two delivery guys (1.2.23), they were very helpful, even checking the other sofa and altering it , it had not been fitted properly by the original delivery guys”

“I have pretty much furnished my entire home with their furniture. I have had excellent service each and every order placed. My first purchase was 2013. I had bedroom chest of drawers that developed a split in the wood 2 years after my purchase. I contacted them and without hesitation they sent out a replacement item and removed the old one. All of the pieces that I have are in excellent condition. I placed an order back in July and whilst waiting for my order to be delivered they had a sale and the prices reduced each by over £100. I contacted them and they immediately refunded me the price difference.”

“We were quite concerned about all the negative reviews but am happy to say that, despite one delay on delivery date, all our furniture arrived on time, when they said it would, and in perfect condition. The delivery guys phoned us 10 mins before arrival. They were very polite; the furniture was built in situ; we were asked to check that we were satisfied with everything. I cant fault them at all.”

“I RANG TELFORD OAK FURNITURELAND SEVERAL TIMES ENQUIRING ABOUT THE STOCK OF A CERTAIN RANGE OF A 7 DRAWER CHEST OF DRAWERS FOR OUR SPARE BEDROOM. EVERY TIME I CALLED THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH ALWAYS CHECKED TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY STOCK. LUCKILY TODAY I CALLED AND THE ONE I WANTED WAS IN STOCK SO THE GENTLEMAN PUT A RESERVE LABEL ON IT. WE HAD TO TRAVEL 30 MILES BUT IT WAS WORTH IT THE SERVICE WAS BRILLIANT THE PERSON WHO SERVED US REMEMBERED ME CALLING SEVERAL TIMES . THANK YOU TO RYAN AT THE TELFORD STORE FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE.”
