We ordered a three piece suite in June 2021, was told 7 days delivery,once we had payed we were then told it couldn’t be delivered until august, then was told beginning of September and it eventually arrived at the end of September. After unpacking the settee we noticed that the end cushion was 4 cm lower that the other two cushions and the seams on the leather didn’t line up either by 4 cm. Rang to complain and they sent someone out from Homecare two weeks later to inspect the fault, it was obviously a manufacturers fault but the report came back as, fair wear and tear can you believe. Over the last three years we have had five different so called engineers out to rectify the faults which now included the back of the seats on the armchairs sinking right down. The have stuffed them with all sorts of foam but the faults are still there. I paid about £400 for a five year warranty on the suite but it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. The have just rejected my latest claims and are not going to rectify them. Just don’t use Oak Furniture Land or there Insurance Company MB and G Insurance, it’s a big scam.

I recently purchased a two seater sofa and reclining chair in dark grey leather I received it last week and woah and behold it’s the wrong colour I allowed them to bring it in otherwise I would’ve been left without anything to sit on I went to the store where I purchased it The store was shut down I then phoned the after sales service where I was told that they wouldn’t have sent the wrong colour hahaha I gave the lady pictures of the suite and the information on labels She spoke to her manager and he. Said it wasn’t the dark grey well you don’t say They’ve told me my new hopefully dark grey suite will arrive on the 29th off January 2024 but we will see 😜

Had sofa 4 weeks it is electric recliner...had service engineer out as seat is comprised said the foam has compressed with sitting on it for long periods ...ain't that what it's for said to move around and sit on other sofa so I got to play musical chairs def seems a suspect problem to me

Not happy, unit arrived damaged, thus unuasable, they said when we ordered it 'order in time guaranteed before Christmas' now we have to wait two months for a replacement...nice quality though. In case you are wondering, its all imported.

Not happy stressed!!! They’ve had my money since July and now been told bedroom furniture not being delivered until November. Cancelled order and now having trouble getting refund. Absolute nightmare of company.

Good customer service. Great design But poor quality. Their no verneer in here makes you think its good quality. Unfortunately only the surfaces you see are smooth but when you look inside I would say my garden shed was built better. The craftsmen ship is awful

I brought a electric recliner sofa and footstool which i paid a lot of money for only to be delivered today and just left with an extremely large box no unpacking offered or rubbish to taken away

Our furniture was delivered today minus an armchair which is desperately needed as both my husband and myse!f are disabled. It was purchased on the promise of delivery before Xmas but have been told a further delivery can't be made until the end of the month as all the delivery vans are booked. Customer services were very unhelpful and just kept telling me the same thing over and over again about allotted days.I shall take this further as they have not fulfilled their contract with us. We and our Xmas guests will have a lovely day sitting on the floor. Shall not shop with oak furniture again and will read reviews in the future.

Placed our order for 2 items of furniture in October for delivery today 15 December. Deliery van and driver turns up with the 30 minute advance call and tells us they have only one of the items. He looks surprised that customer services have not contacted us. While I ask him to wait before I take delivery of anything and speak to so called customer services, he drives off anyway. 20 minutes later customer services call me and advise that one item is out of stock due to paperwork errors and that they are having lots of problems meeting stock requirements. The next available delivery date for the 2nd item is sometime in January and that now because the delivery driver is gone the next available delivery date for the item they actually had is next week. Offer me a refund of the standard delivery charge for the "inconvenience". I have taken a dayy off work for this delivery. But now whole order is cancelled and back to square one. Need to wait 5 days for refund to be processed. A rubbish service from a company totally out of it's depth. Or is it maybe cash flow problems, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Or maybe they can blame it on Omicron. "Disgusted"

I ordered 3 piece suite in August and was given a delivery date 16th December phoned today to check on order and no delivery date. Appalling

We have bought 2 wardrobes, a large table, 2 chests and a dresser from them costing several thousands and are happy with their quality. Not at all happy with their delivery service as most of the above took several months to supply despite in store promises. Currently waiting for a nest of tables ordered and paid for in February now hoped for in August. We wont be purchasing any more products from them.

Mirror was ok - not completely flat so slight distortion and minor imperfection on the frame. Not worth all the hassle of return but expected better for the price.

Good quality items sent unfortunately NO bolts sent inside packaging. Customer service Closed over weekend which is not helpful. Very friendly and helpful delivery staff.

Beautiful furniture however deliver men did not remove boxes both sofa and chair where packed in, Ive been left with very large boxes and packaging to dispose of.

Product very good, couldn't get my around why a deposit wasn't accepted and you have to pay in full, this must put off people who just browsing and then see a product they want, then I had to sign up with credit company when I told your adviser I was paying cash not card which was another shock.
