“Product very good, couldn't get my around why a deposit wasn't accepted and you have to pay in full, this must put off people who just browsing and then see a product they want, then I had to sign up with credit company when I told your adviser I was paying cash not card which was another shock.”

“Would have liked with the delivery an unpacking service. If I lived on my own it would have been Impossible to check the furniture without ripping the box. The box states if goods are damaged the box is required to be in tack. Not impressed as there was a 24 hour window to say if damaged. Delivery men were very pleasant and arrived on time as promised.”

“Have not been able to use furniture yet - will do so from Saturday. Looks good. Your pricing policy is annoying as the only price is the perpetual "sale" price which is expensive and the non-sale price is ludicrous. You should provide a service, like others in your market, to deliver, install. unpack and remove packaging. I am, luckily, reasonably fit for my age, but took 2 hours to assemble and 1 hour to cut up boxes for acceptance at our local amenity site. The stipulation of keeping the boxes to return faulty items really unreasonable. I chose a "free" gift of a clock which you sell for around £150 and the quality of the movement and the clock hands is extremely poor.”

“Staff not over interested. Tried hard to sell other unrequired items. But efficient with knowledge of product. Impossible to organise a convenient delivery date at point of sale. Very inconvenient for people with busy diaries. Reluctant to return.”

“I love the sofa very good quality and very comfortable. I was very disappointed that the sofa came in boxes and I was left to unpack. I am disabled and really struggled with this. It says delivery is free but I was charged £80 for some reason. Overall very disappointed with the service but very happy with the goods”

“The sales person at the store was helpful especially when they messed up the order a little and did not include the free lamps. The sofa itself is lovely and comfortable as I expected although the seam at the back was not properly stitched.”

“To only ask what made you happy doesn't give the customer the opportunity to address the negative In order to improve your service I purchased a table which costs in excess of £1400 which I consider a substantial purchase. However I am very disappointed that the delivery standards do not support such a service Deliver man refused to take it around the rear of the property stating health and safety concerns ??? To top it off your delivery doesn't include assembly and to be told if the delivery date isn't confirmed you will be charged an extra £40 to rebook I have purchased products for a lot less and received a high standard of delivery service. Your premium price doesn't give a full premium service During my purchase I was asking to purchase protectors to save my wood floor. When I tried to apply this to my chairs a flat sticky pad will not stay on a rounded chair support I am very happy with the product but your addition customer experience is far short of the price you command for your products”

“With regards to ref ofl 2653623 - we lodged a complaint about the sofas we recieved earlier this month. Two of the seats on our sofas have become extremely depressed and is not padded enough comparatively to the middle seat. This has meant that when sitting down - you sink alot lower than would have expected and there isn't enough support. There was also scuffing and tears on delivery on the back of one of the sofas again photos attached. We have discussed this with your team and have attached photos below to indicate this”

“one recliner on 3 seater sofa is at an angle so therefore does not fit as it should 2 seater sofa one recliner is the same. had workman out to ajust and was fine for a few days but went back to how it was”
