“The settee and chairs look better than they did in the showroom and are very comfortable. The delivery men were very friendly and courteous. I would have given top rating if the packaging had been taken away by yourselves.”

“We are very pleased with the sofas which were delivered recently, we only wish we had asked if arm caps are available for these items as the pale colour of the sofas and my husbands gardening hands could cause us problems in the future!!”

“Great sales lady in the store,helpful and very friendly. Very fast delivery- some of the boxes were a little damaged on delivery, however, the table and chairs were padded out well inside so no damage at all to them. very easy to assemble Chuffed to bits with them. Stunning furniture.”

“Original salesman was extremely helpful, he went the extra mile regarding aftersales. The actual delivery because of the fact that the goods are not unpacked and packaging is purchaser responsibility I would not recommend Oak Furniture Land.”

“We were very impressed by the quality of the products in the showroom, which we weren't expecting having seen the trashy adverts on TV. The only reason we are not giving the company five stars is because we were appalled by the sheer amount of non-recyclable material used as packaging. There are many more environmentally friendly alternatives to polystyrene these days and we hope the company will consider using them in future. Instead of being completely thrilled with our purchase, we felt guilty for having to dispose of so much in landfill, to the extent we wished we hadn't bought the wardrobe at all, nice as it is.”

“Nice furniture but in this day and age not accepting Amex is not an option. Almost no shops dont take Amex these days. I would like to shop with you again but not untill you start accepting Amex.”
