“Have not had a chance to sample it yet, as still have not received it, delivered to the wrong house and as box quite heavy, I cannot lift it, and my neighbour is elderly.”

I can see that you have been in contact with our customer service team and that as you were not in when delivery took place the courier company delivered it to the house next door. Customer service offered for the courier to go back and collect it from the next door neighbour and bring it into you which they booked with DPD.
