“Ordered wine 12 bottles and 6 bottles. Only one box delivered and when 2nd didn’t come I got on to customer services. Hannah sorted it out and sent me the 6 bottles within 3 days. Several weeks later I realised that the first box had only 6 bottles not 12 . Once again Hannah sorted it out for me . She was very helpful and we greatly appreciate her help and assistance. Could not ask for better customer service.”
