“Hi This is not proof of delivery. You must by consumer law give the item to a resident at the address, and in this specific case this resident must be over the age of 18 as it clearly states on the red sticker on the box. Nobody was at home. The delivery driver just placed the box of wine outside the front-door, took a photo, rang the doorbell and scampered back to his van, not waiting a second for the doorbell camera to be answered. This is the third time this has happened and yet nothing is done about it. I just have to stop ordering from O'Briens as it is just too much stress. I have saved you the bother of complaining to DPD as already have done so. It will just happen again and again. Noel”

Hi Noel, Apologies for this poor delivery experience. We do require someone over 18 to sign for delivered items and they should not be left unattended outside the property.
