“Ordered champagne on 01 April for my partner’s 60th birthday. DPD - O’Brien’s agents - delivered a random parcel clearly for someone else but not my champagne. Calls put to DPD afterwards elicited no assistance. DPD claimed proof of delivery but failed to show any, sending a random picture of a cardboard box with no identifying data. Now 08 April and despite my calling several times there has been no effective response from DPD or O’Briens and I am out the cost of the champagne which has neither been delivered let alone in time. Very disappointing. DPD Cavan have execrable customer service the worst ever and O’Briens seem uninterested in resolving the issue either. Zero stars.”
