“I sent an email query to O'Briens about some wine I had ordered as a gift for a friend. Hannah from Customer Service replied within minutes, was very helpful and friendly. So many companies are outsourcing their Customer Service to companies with staff who just read from a script and have no connection to the company you are dealing with. It was great to receive excellent, friendly service from someone who knew what they were talking about.”

I can see that you placed your order on 01.02.2023 and that it was delivered today to the recipient. All orders generally take 2-3 working days to arrived. However, due to the bank holiday weekend our offices and warehouse close for an extended period. “The wine and quick delivery are excellent as usual. However, the text stated delivery would be between 1415 and 1615 today, whereas it was left at the rear of my house before 1200 whilst I was out.”
