“Half of my order has still not arrived. I have sent two emails to the address provided with the order confirmation asking for an update and have not received a reply from either. This is not what I’ve experienced in the past so I’m disappointed in the service and also concerned about the rest of the order that I’ve paid for.”

“The online service is dreadful. I placed my order 8 days ago with a promise to deliver within 1 to 3 working days. Tracking my order, it shows it still with O’Briens awaiting collection by the courier. Emailed O’Briens 3 days ago, no response. Sort out your logistics please”

“Nice selection at reasonable prices. Biggest problem is delivery: driver ignores video doorbell, taps gently on the door (once) and leaves a large carton of wine value €150 , clearly labelled as “O’Briens Wines” on the doorstep, and departs. Every time.”
