“Got an email from DPD to say my original order (a birthday gift) had been damaged and returned to O’Brien’s. However, O’Brien’s never contacted me and I had to make numerous phone calls to have my new order re instated, thus missing my brother’s birthday. DPD 10 out of 10.. sadly O’Brien’s..?”

“The wine and spirits are all fine. They are good value and were despatched in record time. The delivery arrangements need improving. It is not good enough to dump several hundred euros worth of product on my doorstep, photograph it and then walk away. When I queried the status of the order, the info from DPD was that it had been delivered and that I had signed for it. This was absolute rubbish. I had to pay a third party to remove the order from my doorstep the folowing day and take it into storage. This experience has left a poor after-taste. I will not order again from O'Briens for home delivery. Other stores manage home delivery effectively. Why can't you?”
