“always reliable and would never order with anyone else”

“First order was delivered to my home address in error. Immediately reordered and using different payment the champagne was delivered to correct address minus the note I had painstaking rewritten. Hence, the recipients had no clue who sent it. Very poor service”

“The speed of dispatch and delivery was excellent. I ordered on Wednesday and had my order on Thursday in time for a weekend of dinners and lunches which saved time and back pain - no lugging heavy bottles into the car. The Chateaux Belles Eaux and Bougrier les Secret de Sophie wines in particular were excellent. A minor issue was dealt with promptly and professionally by customer service - an excellent experience all round.”

“I ordered this for delivery. When I got notification that it was being delivered I contacted DPD to change the day as there was nobody at home. DPD still delivered, and left the wine at the front door of the house in full view of the steet. Luckily it was still there that night, but alcahol should not be left like that. I won't be getting delivery from here again.”

Under no circumstances should and order be left outside a property. I am glad your order was there when you arrived home, but it should have been signed for and safely delivered, not left. That’s not the experience we want for our customers.
