“The product was perfect. Unfortunately, due to a glitch in the system, my written message did not accompany the gift. Therefore, the recipient had no clue who it was from & it took days, & my own enquiry, to discover what happened. Very disappointing. It totally ruined the surprise element.”

“It would help if a page detailing purchases was included containing more info on wines puchased: dry or off dry, medium or full bodied, tannins or smooth, grape varieties etc. This could avoid poor choices made when purchasing without detailed information. 8EG I found Albarino too sweet...”

“O'Briens wine, great company to deal with, both in shop and on line. My local shop is based at Ardkeen, Waterford and I always get a warm greeting and find the staff knowlegable and helpfull. On line service is good and ordering is always straight forward, delivery is quite speedy and have never had a problem with a broken bottle. My go to company when looking for or ordering wine.”
