“O'Brien's wine are excellent. You get what you order in good time and well packaged. Unfortuately the courier companies can be hit and miss. This time my parcel was left in the wrong estate. Luckily the proof of delivery image of the door they left it at gave me a clue as to their mistake and I retrieved before any porch pirates could get at it.”

Hi Gerry, Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the wine itself is excellent and that you generally receive your orders promptly and well-packaged. We’re sorry to hear about the courier mix-up this time. We will follow up with our couriers to improve future deliveries. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to tell us. Kind regards, Team O'Briens Wine
