“Disappointed that just after ordering in the sale the price of the L'Ostal Estibals dropped by a euro, on a case that's almost another bottle of wine. I will be slow to order at the beginning of a sale again, and will wait to see if there are futher price drops instead.”

“Whatever about the wines, which are often excellent, when deliveries go wrong, which with DPD is often, Hannah gets on the case and doesn't let up till it's sorted. Great service.”

“Easy to order on the website, prompt acknowledegment and notification of delivery. When there was a problem with the delivery I emailed Obrien's and they replied almost immediatley, not an automatice reply but a personal reply telling me that they had contacted the courier and assuring me that if there was a further issue with the delivery they would rectify it and get my order delivered as soon as possible. The order was delivered the next day. This was excellent service.”

“I initially received the wrong parcel, but a response from Hannah in O'Briens within 10 min of me emailing them about the mistake, which was very impressive and no questions asked, trusting as a customer and arrangement made to swop out with the correct one. Speedy and super service - Thanks”
