“I have no issues with O’Briens but your outsourced delivery driver with DPD just left my package outside my house in plain site and confirmed it was signed for when delivered but my mam wasn’t even in the house. The package was valuable and could of easily been taken. I have already passed on my feedback to them but something to be mindful of. Thanks”

Due to the nature of our goods, we do expect our parcels to be signed for and handed over to an adult over the age of 18. We have labels on our parcels to state the same and I apologise that this did not happen for your recent delivery.
