“Excellent and timely online service from O’Briens. Would give 5 stars except for DPD delivery. It is NOT acceptable to throw a box of wine marked FRAGILE over a boundary wall instead of opening a gate. Fortunately no bottles broke.”

“When buying this product on your site, it was displayed as having a Red birdfeeder, when it arrived it was green. Considering the price this is quite disappointing, to not receive what was advertised.”

“Ordered on the 23rd Nov and order has still not arrived, today is 8th December. No notification about the delay but on checking through tracking have seen order was damaged in transit and replacement has still not arrived. Contacted O’Briens via their website contact form days ago and still no reply. Have had to buy items ordered elsewhere in the meantime. Not a happy customer.”
