Hi Paul, Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed in the customer service that you receive some of the time. I can see that you recently contacted our customer service team to request for some canvas carrier bags to be included in your order. I note that the team explained that we don't hold these in our warehouse as they are to assist store customers in carrying their shopping home. Whereas, all online orders are packed in damage-friendly packaging. Although we don't hold them in the warehouse our staff offered to put some aside and hold them for you in your local store which you declined. I am sorry that this solution wasn't suitable and if you do still want the bags when you are next dropping by a store we would be happy to keep some for you.
