“Yery good wine and very prompt delivery service. Only problem is that unlike the supermarkets, you cannot pick your timetable and can get fairly short notice of when goods will arrive.”

“Delivery two days later. However I missed a call from the driver but when he rang the doorbell he didn’t wait for me to answer. Once I made phone contact he returned.”

“Bad customer service .. bought chilled white wine from fridge ! Got home to discover it was red wine .. returned with it and was charged extra 95 cent ! No apology .. I had been inconvenienced but was told in fairness to them label’s looked very similar 🙄 I am a regular customer so felt this was wrong .. young untrained staff !”
