“I ordered this for delivery. When I got notification that it was being delivered I contacted DPD to change the day as there was nobody at home. DPD still delivered, and left the wine at the front door of the house in full view of the steet. Luckily it was still there that night, but alcahol should not be left like that. I won't be getting delivery from here again.”

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about the delivery issue and the concern over leaving alcohol unattended. Our items are high value and restricted items. Under no circumstances should and order be left outside a property. I am glad your order was there when you arrived home, but it should have been signed for and safely delivered, not left. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. I will send feedback to our couriers to reconfirm correct delivery requirements of these restricted items and to improve future deliveries for all orders. Apologies for the poor delivery experience. “My order of 42 bottles arrived within 24 hours. It was short 2 bottles. I rang the customer service number and spoke to a very friendly lady who investigated the issue and arranged to deliver the missing bottles. They arrived within 2 days. Overall a fantastic customer friendly experience!”
