“You sent the order to the billing address and not to my delivery address. I still haven't received my order!!! Am left chasing DPD to sort out this mess!!!!”

“With this order there was a problem with the delivery address. Half the address said Shannon, Co Clare and Half said Bettystown Co Meath .I don't understand how ,but Sarah-Marie sorted this out for me and DPD delivery was quick and precise. I've told O'Briens I only send to friends at these two addresses so this kind of problem will not arise again.”

“Excellent service from O’Briens Wine. Very professional and very happy order off them again. Very disappointed with DPD, they did not send me proof of delivery re Order number 433452, tracking number 898027744, so I don’t know did recipient receive the wine or not. I have emailed them four times without reply.”
