“Was in the Ballybrack store. Showed the lady a picture of two different bottles of Sauvignon Blanc and asked for 2 of each. When I got home I realised that she put 2 of one bottle in the box, but she put only one of the other bottle and a bottle of Pinot Noir. Not great service when one has to drive back to the store and exchange for the correct bottle.”

“Large stock, great value & fast delivery. Only negative when ordering online and items are not available for delivery, the website doesn’t allow you transfer / keep in basket to collect in store. You have to start again. Recent order had items not available in store and not available for delivery. Took some extra time to restart and make sure two orders covered everything. However small issue when selection, service and delivery so efficient.”
