“Ordered a bottle of whiskey for a christmas gift, it came upside down in the box and the box was ripped. Poor show for such an expensive bottle (€90 or so)”

“I am, as always, very happy with OBriens wine but I am not at all happy with the courier used! After a week of rerouting the parcel they eventually delivered it to the wrong place and I had to ask someone to deliver it to someone else to deliver for me.”

I can see that you were in touch with our customer service team just before Christmas and that they were able to get this resolved with the courier.
