SADLY I WASN'T OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH OCTOPUS THEMSELVES BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE SWITCH DUE TO INFO RECEIVED FROM TRANSUNION AND THEY DID A SOFT SEARCH WHICH THE RESULT WAS STILL ON PAUSE. I HAVE A GREAT CREDIT SCORE AND NEVER DEFAULTED ON PAYMENTS SO A LITTLE CONFUSED BY THIS.THE ONLY WAY IT CAN BE PROCESSED IS BY MAKING AN UPFRONT PAYMENT OF £150 WHICH I HAVE DONE BUT SEEMS A LITTLE UNFAIR THAT I AM BEING PENALISED AND NOT BEING OFFERED THE ORIGINAL RATE AS QUOTED PREVIOUSLY”
