They are useles company ji pay my bill.the same i get it then 7to 10 later i get text i have not paid my bill.every month i get they are most incompetent company i have had some time i get 2 bill for same month diffent price dont ue them.hopless lot

Phone was promptly answered, I explained to Terry what my issue was (changing tariff to charge my EV) and he clearly described what I needed to do in the next 24 hours... First day with Octopus and a happy customer!!

Jacob was patient, helpful, worked through the solar+battery tariff setup with me, explaining as he went, and went above and beyond finding the various bits of information I needed to get the setup complete. COuldn't have done it without help and he made the entire process pleasant andunderstandable.

I spoke to Lauryn, she was really helpful and friendly. Octopus customer service is impressive. I am particularly impressed with the SMS quick reply service “outstanding”.

I’ve been with Octopus for years, and a five rating would be the usual. I’ve now got an electric vehicle and awaiting an EV installation but we also require our property to be unlooped from our neighbours. To get the cheaper EV night rate you have to have a smart meter, which we have also ordered. As everything is in hand, but taking time, I thought as a loyal customer they might have let me go on the EV tariff for a month even though I don’t have the smart meter. I get that they want everyone on the smart meters so to get these tariffs you have to sign up, but I’ve done everything possible so a little flexibility would have been appreciated, hence the three star rating.

Brilliant customer service, getting emails from a named person after you’ve spoken to them on the telephone makes you feel valued & not just another customer, I dealt with Emily, who was informative & sorted my query out instantly, can’t praise her enough!

Spoke to mark h cov 10 today afyet some confusion over previously arranged payment plan and my bill. Mark was exceptional at sorting this out for me and reassuring me that it will all be sorted out. He explained everything he was gping to do and followed this up with an email. Once again fantastic customer service. Thank you mark
