Call answered quickly as usual, spoke to Caris who was excellent and reassured me that it was an issue at their end and not mine and promptly updated my readings for me accordingly. “Very poor customer service. If any problem arises they are not interested in helping you and just ignore your messages. They are not pro active at all. Not in the engineering team or the customer service team. A problem that has been going on for months takes no priority over new customers. I do not recommend using Octopus energy.”
