“Lorcan was extremely helpful, took my meter readings. Checked i was on correct tariff,confirmed monthly payment. Great customer service as he actually rang back to arrange an appointment to change old meter for uptodate one, he explained with electricity changes the old meter would not change over to 'night' rate. Appointment arranged& email confirmation received immediately. I was very impressed by his thoughtfulness as I was ringing for my elderly mum who has alzheimers.

“Nobody wants to receive a bill Christmas Eve that is significantly higher than expected. Luckily I had expert help from Preetpal who answered all my questions and was friendly and helpful in sorting my issue. Turns out the billing amount was a mistake and was rectified immediately.. Thank goodness, Christmas is on again!. Can't thank him enough for all his help, friendly and courteous throughout, well done Octopus.”
