They are easy to get in touch with not like other companies who keep you waiting hours for a reply my emails are answered within the hour they accommodate my needs when asking Very good company very pleased so far

“Arzu “ Made the Impossible, Possible! “Arzu “ is the reason I’m with Octopus today! I had nearly given up after countless calls over four days trying to resolve issues with my energy switch — incorrect MPRNs, confusion, and zero resolution from either EON or Octopus. In my final call before I give up , “executive ARZU from octopus energy came. She is Calm, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable, she quickly took charge and untangled the mess. She genuinely listened, cared, and ensured I was guided through every step. She is a breath of fresh air — professional, empathetic, and highly effective. Today, I’m finally with Octopus Energy — and it’s all thanks to Arzu’s commitment and expertise. She’s an absolute credit to the company! If every customer service experience was like this, the world would be a better place!

Pete S. Was so helpful with deciphering my meter readings. He informed me that I’ve been entering them incorrectly the entire time I’ve lived in my flat. He was able to amend this and credit my account to more accurately represent the amount of energy I use, which isn’t much since I live in a small flat and am not home often. He also suggested a different tariff based on my needs which allow me to save even more on my monthly bill. He was delightful to work with, understood my needs, and genuinely wanted to help me. Easily the best customer service interaction I’ve ever had!
