Anticipating that it might take some time, bases on my experience with a previous supplier, I was amazed how quickly and efficiently Octopus dealt with my request.

All my requests were agreed to and overall I was impressed with the high efficiency of the company and the courteous and understanding help I was given by Their staff member.

“I just wanted to take the opportunity to state how impressed I have been with the customer service at Octopus Energy. I was being chased by a debt collection team (LCS) stating that I owed £2,091 at a previous property I lived at. Instead I contacted Octopus and was lucky enough to get through to Vic (cov-9). She asked me for all the relevant information, investigated and got back to me later that week. Through Vic's investigation the fee was reduced from over £2000 to £48- we were understandably delighted.
Vic was excellent throughout and it is so nice knowing you are being really well looked after and not just speaking to a chat bot about serious matters. Vic I can only hope that one of your managing team see this review and reward you accordingly. I am not with octopus at present but based on this experience they have gained a customer when my current contract runs out!
