My call was answered almost immediately (which is rare with almost all other company's) by Joshua Reader and although he couldn't advise me directly whether to go with a fixed or variable tariff, which was quite understandable, he did give me a few pro's and con's which helped me to decide. The call was short but extremely helpful which I have always found to be the case when calling Octopus Energy, thank you.”
