I spoke to Felicity in relation to a query where a product transfer was not completed correctly by Octopus. Felicity was able to reverse the original error and also transfer us to a competitive product immediately. Very efficient and would have no hesitation in recommending Octopus.

I have some difficulty with my hearing. Joy's enunciation was very good, and I had no problem hearing and understanding her. She kept it simple, and explained my new tariff succinctly, and we completed the change to the new tariff needed in a couple of minutes. Well done!

Hazel was an incredible help, an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with as I had called after being very confused about unexpected billing amounts, dates and contexts. Hazel made everything really simple to understand and was incredibly patient, kind and supportive recognising how and where I had gotten confused at multiple stages of the issue (after being unable to view the right bills). Absolute star in customer service and highly knowledgeable - not to mention having to deal with me when stressed and confused! Huge thanks :)

I was dealt with by a very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable member of the Octopus Energy Team "Felicity". Dealing with Felicity was a real breath of fresh air as she gave me honest answers to questions I asked and made my decision easier than I thought it would be. To be quite honest myself the only treason I even considered leaving Octopus Energy was due to cost alone. I have now transferred over to another provider who has been able to secure me a superb cost effective package which will save us quite a lot over 15 months. Thank you again to Felicity.

Really easy and fast email responses. Renu was who I was communicating with and they were fab. App overall is smooth and simple to use. Much better experience than other energy companies.

i had phoned to accept a new 12 month fixed term deal, on speaking to Mark he sorted out the new fixed term deal for me and highlighted that i was in credit and I could still pay what I was currently paying but having the option to increase my payments if needed Mark was very helpful Thankyou

I spoke with Beth yesterday regarding the readings on my smart meter she acknowledged they didn’t look right , said she would look into the problem and call me back she assisted me contacted me and rectified the fault. In this day and age it was absolutely lovely to have someone say they will come back to me and actually do so she definitely portrayed your company virtues a well done yo Beth definitely deserved

Octopus are brilliant company, they are competitive, their website is brilliant and the smart meter interface excellent. They have the UK based customer care and telephones are always answered within seconds. I spoke with Sammy. She dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently, she was a delight to speak with. I highly recommend Octopus.

My weekly direct debit was to be increased despite me having over £700 credit. I emailed Octopus that I wanted it to stay the same and received a very quick response agreeing to my request. Very efficient.
